At Black Bull, we believe that ingredients have always been the stars behind Spain’s culinary triumphs.

 

Working at my father's butcher shop from a very young age - becoming a butcher myself by my mid-teens - I developed a deep passion for food and cooking, and an unrelenting admiration for the farmers and fishermen who labor to provide us with the exquisite products that we prepare our dishes with.

 

Here at Black Bull we explore the flavors found throughout Spain with a variety of dishes that represent my country’s culinary traditions. Our menu also offers you contemporary dishes that aim to provoke and surprise with innovative compositions and techniques that I learned under the tutelage of the great Spanish chef Manolo de la Osa at his Michelin-starred restaurant Las Rejas in Cuenca, Spain.
